Ramená Bauer NSX sú takým mixom všetkých troch radov Bauer - Vapor, Supreme, Nexus. Ale najviac sa blíži práve k Vapor, nejbižší rade X700. Avšak oproti "sedmistovkám" sú na to výrazne lepšie čo sa týka ochranných prvkov. Najmä oblasť hrudníka a pááteře je dosť vystužená. Nájdeme tu jednak penu, ale napríklad na chrbte segemntové chrániče z plastu, ktoré sa prispôsobia Vášmu pohybu. Vystuženie prišlo aj v oblasti krku, resp. kľúčnych kostí, kde už niečo málo máme. Pokiaľ s hokejom nejako začínate a nechcete do výstroje, ramien, dávať moc peňazí, tak NSX sú určite skvelou voľbou pre štart.
